Hi! I’m Emily and I’m a 30 something wife and dog/cat mom living in Colorado. I created The Dogs & Coffee Blog in April 2020 because I was home all the time due to the pandemic. I started out writing about coping during the pandemic in 2020 and then in 2022 decided to transition this space into my biggest hobby and passion: travel and trip planning. I want to use this blog to write about my family’s adventures and all the dogs and coffee along the way.

Aside from spending time with family, travel is my and my husband’s favorite thing to do. Our favorite places to plan trips to are Hawaii, Disneyland/Disney World, and Vegas. We also love discovering cool places in our home states of Colorado and Texas.
